📦 Return & Cancellation Policy – Optraa

At Optraa, we believe in building trust with our customers and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. That’s why we follow a transparent and customer-friendly return and cancellation policy.


🔹 Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order.

  • Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • Orders for customized products (e.g., logo branding) cannot be canceled once production has started.


🔹 Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our products. If you face any issue, please notify us right away.

  • Damaged / Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, inform our Customer Service Team on the same day of delivery. After inspection, a replacement will be arranged.

  • Product Mismatch: If the product does not match the description or your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review your concern and arrange a solution.

  • Warranty Items: For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the brand/service center directly.


🔹 Replacement & Exchange

  • If approved, replacement will be arranged within 1–3 working days.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

  • Customized, clearance, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.


🔹 Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days via your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank transfer).

  • In case of exchanges, you may opt for a replacement of equal or higher value.

  2. Share your order ID, issue details, and product images (if applicable).

  • Products must be unused and undamaged.

  • Packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

  • Misused, mishandled, or intentionally damaged products will not be eligible for return.
